Elliott Vernon is the Chief Regulatory Officer of Patriot BioEnvironmental LLC (Patriot BE). He is a retired attorney and former prosecutor, who specialized in federal white-collar criminal defense, complex commercial litigation, constitutional litigation, securities, banking, and regulatory compliance matters.

He is a graduate of Seton Hall University, as a Distinguished Military Graduate; Seton Hall University School of Law; and the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School at the University of Virginia. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Appeals, United States Court of Military Appeals, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States Court of Claims, and the New Jersey Supreme Court.

He is a former US Army officer, paratrooper, and decorated Vietnam War Veteran with service in the 82nd Airborne Division ("All Americans") and the 173rd Airborne Brigade (”Sky Soldiers”) w/75th Rangers in Vietnam. Upon his return from Vietnam, he was appointed Chief Prosecutor of the US Army Communications Electronics Command; and the United States Magistrate’s Court at Fort Monmouth, NJ, and surrounding federal enclaves on behalf of the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey.

Subsequent to his Honorable Discharge from the US Army, he practiced law for over twenty-five years. Additionally, his professional experience includes:

• Cofounder, Director, and General Counsel of Aegis Holdings Corporation and its subsidiary Aegis Capital Markets LLC, a Wall Street firm specializing in financial analytics and structured transactions (FAST), consumer loan originations and securitizations.
• Cofounder and CEO of Healthcare Integrated Services Inc, a publicly traded diagnostic imaging company. 
• Cofounder and Director of Transworld Home Healthcare Inc (Formerly Transworld Nurses Inc), a publicly traded home healthcare company. 
• Cofounder and Director of a publicly traded heart monitor company.
• Chief Compliance Officer of a national medical testing laboratory.
• Cofounder and Managing Member of a specialty pharmacy company, which provided pharmaceutical products to Disproportionate Indigent Share Hospitals, (DISH), under the US Government 340B Drug Pricing Program.
• Member of the Board of Directors of several publicly traded subsidiaries and affiliates of Paramount BioCapital Inc., a global pharmaceutical development and healthcare investment firm, which conceived and supported new biotechnology and life sciences companies, to include obtaining FDA approval for newly developed drugs.

As Chief Regulatory Officer of Patriot BioEnvironmental LLC, he oversees the Company’s corporate structuring and regulatory compliance, and helps navigate the Company through the maze of federal and state laws, regulations, and executive orders relating to the disposal of plastic waste.
